Your Last Base Defense account is created automatically for your installation (no e-mail or password). You can delete it, and everything stored with it, at any time — in the game or by e-mail.
Option 1 — in the game (version 3.0 or later, immediate)
Open the game and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my data and confirm.
Your account is deleted from our server right away and the game starts fresh on this device.
Option 2 — by e-mail (if you no longer have the game)
Write to info@ruicodex.com with the subject “Last Base Defense data deletion” and your commander name (shown on the Profile screen) or the approximate date you last played. We delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your game account and its device identifier, commander name and linked Google Play Games player ID
Purchase records kept by the game server (product, time, a one-way hash of the purchase token)
In-app feedback messages you sent
Gameplay analytics events linked to your account
What is kept
Google Play keeps its own record of your purchases (order history, refunds) under your Google account — we cannot delete it. Permanent purchases (Remove Ads, Commander Pass, Vanguard Squad) can be re-attached to a new game account with “Restore purchases” in the store.
Server request logs (time, address, endpoint) are kept for up to 90 days for security and are then deleted automatically.
Google AdMob handles advertising data under Google’s Privacy Policy; you can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
