Terms of Use

Last updated 3 October 2026 · Last Base Defense (com.ruicodex.last_base_defense) · RuiCodex

1. The game

Last Base Defense is a free-to-play mobile game. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.

2. Your account

An account is created automatically for your installation. Progress is stored on our server so it survives app restarts. Keep the game installed or use Google Play Games / “Restore purchases” to bring entitlements to a new device; progress itself is tied to your account and may not move between devices.

3. In-game items and purchases

• Gems, coins, materials, stars, skins and other in-game items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play; prices are shown in your local currency by Google Play before you pay. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy; a refunded purchase is removed from your account.
• Permanent purchases (Remove Ads, Commander Pass, Vanguard Squad, Starter Pack) can be restored with “Restore purchases” on the same Google account.
• Rewarded ads are always optional. Ratings and reviews are never rewarded.

4. Fair play

Do not use cheats, modified clients, automation or exploits, and do not interfere with the servers. Results that are impossible in normal play may be ignored or removed from leaderboards. Commander names must not be offensive or impersonate others.

5. Changes and availability

We update the game regularly, which can change balance, content and features. We may suspend the online service for maintenance. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

6. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, RuiCodex is not liable for indirect damages or loss of in-game items caused by device failure, uninstalling or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
